I am the YBCA In Community Program Manager for Yerba Buena Center for the Arts where I facilitate artists, community members, and partner organizations in producing artistic inquiry in community relevant collaborative environments in historically rich neighborhoods such as the Mission District and West Oakland.

This is what I have been up to lately for Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, California.

My previous work at Cornerstone Theater Company, where I was the Manager of Community Partnerships (MCP) and had the distinction of being the first MCP to join the Artistic Ensemble. Watch me and playwright Sigrid Gilmer on Sonali Shah's KPFK show UPRISING, discussing our community engagement with urban farmers and communities fighting for food sovereignty in South LA.

And here I am with Lisa Loomer, writer of Café Vida, and lead actress Lynette Alfaro, talking about our engagement with Homeboy Industries and Homegirl Cafe, the nation's largest gang prevention program in the country.
